Kevin is approved to work with the Leadership Development Framework having completed training with Harthill Consulting Ltd, Gloucestershire, UK. This framework looks at the ways a leader reacts to everyday experiences and defines their style and capability as a leader.
The Leadership Development Framework works with the fact that different leaders interpret their surroundings and their everyday experiences in different ways.

We work with management to identify specific staff development needs and design programmes that provide the opportunity for staff to learn, understand and apply leadership and management principles.
Programmes are both applied and theoretical giving staff the ability to integrate proven methods into their workplace practice, and gain a greater understanding of organisational behaviour and modern management techniques.
We have experience in delivering a variety of Unit Standard based National Certificate courses, higher level Certificate and Diploma courses and providing academic support to those undertaking degree and post graduate studies.
